Tommy Brooks

Thomas Arthur Brooks Sr. "Tommy" of Macon, Georgia passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 71.  The family will greet friends Saturday February 4, 2023 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at the Monroe County Memorial Chapel. 

Mr. Brooks was born in Jesup, Georgia on July 6, 1951 to the late Norman Ezra Brooks and Jimmie Lavender Brooks.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jo Sterling Brooks and their children: Tab Brooks (Leslie), Thad Brooks, and Brandy Jennings (Russ) along with 7 grandchildren: Kyle Brooks (Elizabeth), Tate Brooks, Amelia Brooks, Ansley Brooks, Eli Jennings, Emma Jennings and Harper Brooks. 

He was retired from AT&T and was a lifelong woodworker.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors and watching The Georgia Bulldogs.
