Patricia Stuart

Patricia Oglesby Stuart, 69, of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023.  A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, December 4, 2023, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens.

Daughter of the late Hartridge Oglesby and Hazel Jackson Oglesby, Patricia was born August 7, 1954, in Thomaston, Georgia.  Her professional journey found its most fulfilling chapter at the Lamar County Landfill from where she retired.

Patricia was an avid reader, she found solace and adventure within the pages of countless books.

Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her son, Shane Stuart (Traci) of Forsyth, Georgia; grandchildren, Stormy Simpson (David), and Noah Stuart (Megan), both of Forsyth, Georgia; great grandchild, Stevie Wren Simpson; sister, Debbie Johnson of Thomaston, Georgia; and brother-in-law, David Lunsford (Gaye) of Barnesville, Georgia; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Stuart.
