Martha Rollins Cansler, 77, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of November 26th surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Her sense of wonder and kindness embodied God's love and was a trait she used to remind her loved ones of God's special plan for their lives. Martha left behind a loving family that includes her children and their spouses: Tina Cansler Clark of Macon; Jana Howells Cansler of Dalton, GA; Sharon and Jimmy Veal of Canton, GA; and Andrew and Amy Cansler of Juliette. Her ten grandchildren and their spouses include Seth Clark and Rebecca Richard of Macon; Taylor and Chase Womack of Ringgold, GA; Logan and Cadie Clark of Johns Creek, GA; Catherine and Carrington Akins of Dalton, GA; Sgt. Matthew Veal of Canton, GA ; Nicole Clark of Denton, TX.; Gracie and Evan Krajesky of Dalton, GA; Ally Veal of Canton, GA; and Katie and Jordan Cansler of Juliette. Martha was a great-grandmother to five great grandchildren: Ellie and Wade Womack; Stroud Clark; and Bowen and Charlotte Clark. Martha also leaves behind her beloved sister Frankie Sue Stanley (Jerry) of Virginia. Martha was welcomed to her eternal home by her late husband Thomas Cansler; her late son Thomas Cansler, Jr.; late parents Jamar and Beatrice Rollins; and late son-in-law Wyndell Clark. A memorial service will be held at the outdoor chapel at Dauset Trails Nature Center, 360 Mt. Vernon Church Rd. in Jackson, Georgia on Sunday, December 2nd at 2:00 pm. Rev. Clay Bowden will officiate the service. The family will receive friends and family immediately following the service at the Dauset Trail Chapel.
