Margaret "Peggie" Yearwood McKinley

Margaret “Peggie” Yearwood McKinley passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, December 2, 2018, at Russellville Baptist Church with burial in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Eugene Barlow will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Peggie, the daughter of the late Victor Ward Yearwood and Margaret Chapel Yearwood was born February 14, 1949 in Byron, Georgia. Her grandson, Kyle Walker preceded her in death. Peggie was employed as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Russellville Baptist Church and a member of Middle Georgia Mounted Search and Rescue. Survivors include her husband, Harry McKinley; children, Phillip and Susan Hammock, Danny Hammock and Chelle and Kevin Walker; step-son, Thomas McKinley; brother, Claude and Cheryl Yearwood; grandchildren, Danielle Lancaster, Tyler Walker, Victor Walker, Collin Hammock, Jessica Hammock, Cody Hammock, Maggie Walker, Siera McKinley and William McKinley. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
