Margaret Louise Mosser

Margaret Louise Mosser, 89, of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away on February 22, 2025. The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. She will be laid to rest in her home state of Kansas.

Mrs. Mosser was born in Lawrence, Kansas on July 17, 1935, to the late Walter Wesley Parker and Anna Vera Weatherford Parker. She attended New Providence Baptist Church, where she found great joy in participating in the Joyful Ladies Sunday School Class and played an active role in various church activities. She also volunteered with Circle of Care.

Her love for sewing, crocheting and embroidery was surpassed only by her joy in baking. Her hands, always busy, crafted warmth and sweetness that filled both homes and hearts.

Mrs. Mosser is survived by her children: Mark Mosser, Sharon Jones (Steve), and Andrew Mosser (Roni); grandchildren: Nina Dofflemyer (Lance), Christian Jones (Abby), Parker Jones (Lauren), Aaron (Reagan) Jones, Christopher Mosser, Ann Mosser, Elizabeth Mosser, AJ Mosser, and Hannah Mosser; and great grandchildren: Leo, Arthur, Phoebe Dofflemyer, and Ryker Jones.
