June Bowdoin Davis

June Bowdoin Davis passed away Friday, December 28, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at Dayspring Presbyterian Church with burial in Monroe Memorial Gardens. Pastor Rob Tenney and Pastor David Martin will officiate. The family will greet friends the day of the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at the church. June, the daughter of the late Frank Douglas Bowdoin and Sue Sappington Bowdoin was born June 9, 1945, in Forsyth, Georgia. She was a retired dietary manager. Survivors include her children, Matthew P. Davis of Arkansas, Dee Dee Shaw (Clay) of Forsyth and Frank Davis (Kelly) of Arkansas; her beloved sixteen grandchildren; and her beloved thirteen great grandchildren. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
