Jesse Hancock

Jesse Hancock, 60, of Thomaston Georgia passed away Thursday June 6, 2024, at Piedmont Hospital Atlanta. He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family.  

Jesse was born March 23, 1964, in Atlanta to the late Virginia Barfield. He worked in the auto parts for over thirty years where he was known for his hard work and dedication to helping others.  In his free time Jesse loved spending time with his family, restoring antique radios, loved old cars, and going to car shows.

Jesse is survived by his three sons, Russell (Lauren) Hancock, Justin (Jessy) Hancock, and Chris Hancock; grandchildren, Paisley Hancock, Presley Hancock, Parker Hancock and Finnick Hancock; sisters Mary Kinnaird and Marlene Harper; and his girlfriend Terri Smoot.  His memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him.  

A public memorial service will be planned in the future.
