Janet Saunders Fry

Janet Saunders Fry of Forsyth Georgia passed away June 13, 2023. Visitation will be at 11 am June 16, graveside services at 12 noon at Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens in Forsyth, with Elder Mike Murray officiating. Janet was born October 9 ,1935 in Wayne County West Virginia to Noah and Annie Saunders. Janet was a devout Christian who faithfully served her Lord, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her children: David (Debbie) of Pataskala Ohio, Patti (Eddie) Elrod of Forsyth Georgia. 5 grandchildren, Andy (Tracie) of Pataskala Ohio, Amy (Eric) Lloyd of Granville Ohio, Alissa (Ted) of Granville Ohio, Megan Elrod of Guyton Georgia and Josh Elrod of Forsyth Georgia Two sisters, Jean Ward of Alexandria Virginia , and Joyce Hall of Huntington West Virginia. 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Dennis Fry , parents Noah and Annie Saunders. Janet’s family would like to thank Affinis Hospice of Gray Ga and the staff of Zebulon Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their compassion and care.
