James Richard Gilbert

James Richard Gilbert passed away Monday, April 10, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private.  James Rozar and J. Wesley Privett will officiate.
