James David “JD” Bilderback, 72 of Bolingbroke passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 10th, 2021.
JD, the second oldest son to the late EJ Bilderback and the late Opal (McCall) Edwards was born on October 20th, 1948 in Macon Georgia. He is survived by son Michael, daughter in law Eva, grandchild Nevaeh, sister Nancy Childs, brother Sam and several nephews that he all loved.
JD is predeceased by his older brother and early business partner Johnny, younger brother Jimmy and James Carroll.
He graduated with honors from Willingham Boys High School in 1966. One of his first jobs was working at Taylor Iron Work’s Schofield Plant. JD remained in the metal fabricating business, now located in the Russellville area of Monroe County with his son until the last day of his life.
JD was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church in Byron and taught Sunday School there until moving to Bolingbroke and faithfully attending Mabel White Baptist Church and the Dayspring Sunday School Class.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Mabel White (Turning Point) 1415 Bass Rd. Macon GA. Visitation begins at 3:00, Main Service at 4:00 and interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
