Jack was a student at Mary Persons High School where he excelled in all of his studies and was very involved in Future Farmers of America. He loved music, gaming and had a wealth of friends around the globe.
Those that survive & will forever miss him include his parents, Dr. Lyle and Kate Demarest Lastinger; brother, Jaron Lastinger of Macon, GA; grandparents, Patricia ‘Tisa’ Chamberlain of Altamont, TN, Susan Demarest of Forsyth, and Jane Lastinger of Snellville, GA; Uncle James Demarest of Chattanooga, TN, special friends Aiden Bleshoy, Trever Brooks, Sam Moore and Grayson Murdock. He also had a large extended family across the United States who will miss him dearly.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Livingston M. ‘Rusty’ Demarest, Jr., Great Uncle Jack Strauss and cousin Ricardo Oses.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday, August, 10, 2019 at the First Baptist Church, 95 W Morse Street, Forsyth, GA, immediately followed by the service at 1:00 PM.
