Fred William Tingle

Fred William Tingle passed away Monday, January 6, 2020.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Rogers United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery.  Rev. Ricky Niblett will officiate.  The family will greet friends following the service at the church.

Fred, the son of the late Oscar Tingle and Inez Marshall Tingle, was born December 3, 1946, in Forsyth, Georgia.  His brother, Donnie Tingle preceded him in death.  He was a graduate of Mary Persons High School where he lettered in football.  He was retired from the construction industry. Fred was his own “Boss”.

Fred is survived by his sisters, Ann Clifton, Kay Graves and Betty Peterman; brothers, Larry Tingle and John Tingle (Debbie) all of Forsyth; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Pine Pointe Hospice “In Memory of Fred Tingle”, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, GA 31210.
