Dale Alan Barbour

Mr. Dale Alan Barbour, age 62 of Forsyth, passed away Wednesday December 7th, 2022 at Monroe County Hospital in Forsyth, GA.

Mr. Barbour was born in York, Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Forsyth since 1990. He was a veteran in the US Army and a truck driver for 35 years. 

Mr. Barbour is preceded in death by his parents Vernon Barbour and Gertrude Barbour, brothers Rodney Jones and John Barbour, sister Patsy Wilt, and granddaughter, Julie Maus.

Survivors include his wife Connie Barbour of 27 years, sons Dewey (Randi) Peek Jr, Shane (Jennifer) Peek, John (Ashley) Hudson, daughters Terri Barbour, Dayle Barbour, Brittany (Darryl) Henry,  brothers Michael Barbour, Randy Barbour, 18 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, and family and friends.

A memorial will be held at Mr. Barbour’s home Sunday December 18, 2022 located at 1659 Smith Rd, GA, 31029. Rev. Sue Dewberry officiating. Family will receive guest at Mr. Barbour’s home Monday December 12th -Saturday December 17th.
