Clyde Paul Eubanks Sr., 80, of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away Friday, May 10, 2024. He was born July 4, 1943, in East Point, Georgia to the late Robert Edward Eubanks and Ruby Allien Swicord Eubanks. The family will greet friends Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at Monroe County Memorial Chapel, 86 West Main Street, Forsyth, Georgia.
A hard-working man, Clyde finished a career of over twenty years in Ramp Service at Eastern Airlines. Later, he earned a livelihood as the owner and operator of H&R Block in Jackson, Georgia until 2014.
Clyde leaves behind his children, Clyde Paul Eubanks, Jr. (Tammy) and Laura Melissa Eubanks Byerly (Charles “Brad”); grandchildren, Brandy "Dani" Danielle Harris (Jonathan), Paul Devlin Eubanks (Katelin), Bradford Tyler "Ty" Byerly, Robert Aidan Byerly, and Mathew Gage Byerly; great-grandchildren, Paul Jax Eubanks and Ian Currie Harris; sisters, Barbara Allien Cannon (Grady) of Covington, Georgia, Maxine Elizabeth Pollard of Greenville, South Carolina; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends to mourn his loss.
Clyde is predeceased by his parents; his loving wife, Laura Jane Wallis Eubanks; and siblings, James Eubanks (Diane) and Robert "Buck" Eubanks (Elaine).
