Charlotte was the daughter of the late Clinton Charles and Annie Busbee Holley. She was born in Pelham, Georgia, grew up in Juliette, Georgia and raised her family in Forsyth, Georgia. She was a retired dental assistant where she spent over fifty years working with Dr. Mitchell and later Dr. Bowcock and Dr. Hickman. Her work family and patients affectionately called her Granny. She was an active member at Rocky Creek Baptist Church where she cherished her church family. She was also a world traveler and high school basketball star. Aside from her work and church families, she was the pillar of The Snow family, who she loved and adored. She was preceded in death by her husband, Parker Snow, as well as her siblings, Inez Russell, Horace Holley, and Grover Holley. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Patricia & Charles Dumas and Mike & Cathy Snow. She was a proud grandmother to Betsy (Brewer) McLendon, Jesse (Brentley) Dumas, Amy Snow, Jeremiah (Casie) Dumas, Katie Snow, and Michael Snow. She was the doting great grandmother of Brewer, Alden, Dalton, Bayla, Katelyn, Warrick, Zoey and Kellan. She is also survived by her sisters and traveling buddies Marie Simmons of Shreveport, Louisiana and Betty Wald of Phoenix, Arizona. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Rocky Creek Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Scott Harrell will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in her memory to Rocky Creek Baptist Church - building fund, 225 Rocky Creek Road, Forsyth, Ga 31029. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
