Charles Leroy Jeffries II

Charles Leroy “Roy” Jeffries passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. 

Roy was born on September 11, 1965 in Charleston, SC. He graduated from Griffin High School and served as a public servant in Fire and EMS Services for 20+ years before leaving that sector. He later was a truck driver, owner operator and a civilian contractor overseas. 

Roy is survived by his wife of 31 years, Amy, son Tyler, daughter-in -law Claire and precious granddaughter Annie Joy. He is also survived by his parents Charles and Linda Jeffries of Griffin. 

Services will be held at Monroe County Memorial Chapel on Thursday November 3, 2022 at 5pm. The family will welcome visitors starting at 4pm. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Monroe County Care Cottage at 36 Langston Avenue Forsyth, Ga 31029 or call 478-994-7287.
