Brenda Sapp Marshall

Brenda Marshall, 82, of Macon, passed away Monday April 7, 2025, at Atrium Health Navicent the Medical Center. A Celebration of Life will be held 12:00 PM, Friday April 18, 2025, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel 86 West Main Street, Forsyth, Georgia. 

Brenda was born in Forsyth, Georgia to the late James and Clara Sapp. She graduated from Mary Persons high school. Early in her vocation she worked for Carter’s in Forsyth. Later she worked for many years at Fincher’s Barbeque and made many friends while there.

Brenda enjoyed line dancing with the County Liners, traveling to the beach, and going on cruises, and she loved Elvis, and collecting Barbie dolls, and was a diehard Georgia Bulldog fan.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Richard of Macon; two children, Walter Todd (Lisa) Curl of Clover, South Carolina, Richa (Daniel) Guin of Guin, Alabama; five grandchildren, Brandon (Aimee) Curl, Seth Curl, Hannah (Matt) Huffman, Katlyn Guin (Omar)Pimentel, and Daniel (Frannie) Guin; and; eight great grandchildren; brothers James Larry (Marsha) Sapp and Michael Barry Sapp; and many friends.

In addition to her parents Brenda is preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Sapp Bedsole (Jack).
