William Bradford Freeman, Jr. passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Forsyth City Cemetery. Rev. Darris Baker will officiate. The family will greet friends the day of the service from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Freeman, the son of the late William Bradford Freeman, Sr. and Edna Merle Smith Freeman was born November 6, 1939, in Forsyth, Georgia. He was a retired business owner, a pilot, a volunteer fireman for the City of Forsyth, served on Forsyth City Council for several years and was a member of Forsyth United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Survivors include his children, Brad Freeman, III (Janet) of Forsyth; Kara Berrier of Vilonia, Arkansas and Lori Trull (Mike) of Millersville, Maryland; sisters, Margaret Patterson of Atlanta and Miriam Louise Freeman (Larry Hamilton) of Asheville, North Carolina; grandchildren, Morgan, Will and Wes Freeman, Anna and Drew Trull, Tyler, Noah and Emily Berrier.
