VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE                Billy Joe Reeves passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Culloden City Cemetery. Rev. Albert C. Parker will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Reeves, the son of the late Dewey Reeves and Vera Hyatt Reeves was born March 21, 1945, in Austell, Georgia. He was a retired truck driver after thirty years of service and was a veteran of the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Reeves of Culloden; children, Billy Reeves, Jr. of Hampton and Renea Reeves of Forsyth: sisters; Sherry Johnson of Whitesburg, Tammy Norton of Douglasville and Denise Ryoul of Cumming; six grandchildren; and one great grandson.Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
