VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Betty Ann Dorsett Goolsby went to be with her Heavenly Father, Monday, October 23, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 26, 2017, at New Beginning Pentecostal Church with burial in Juliette United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Billy Anderson, Rev. Cody Fountain and Rev. Mark Goolsby will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Betty, was the daughter of the late Charles Sully Dorsett and Annie Mae Dorsett Chambless, was born November 20, 1933, in Juliette, Georgia. Her husband, Brack L. Goolsby, her brother, Benny Dorsett and her step-father, Homer Chambless preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and an active member of New Beginning Pentecostal Church. Betty was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was loved by all. Survivors include her children, Mark and Wanda Goolsby of Juliette and Bob and Patty Goolsby of Lake Sinclair; brother, Roger Chambless of Forsyth; sisters, Eloise Easler and Karen (Jimmy) Smith of Juliette; sister-in-law, Gloria Dorsett of Forsyth; grandchildren, Robby Goolsby, Amanda (Richard) Passmore, Brandi (Jarrod) Evans, Ashly (Sam) Mullis, Andrea Goolsby and Amber Goolsby (Charles) Waldrop; great grandchildren, Jace Goolsby, Hugh Evans, Will Goolsby, Alex Passmore, Alexis Passmore, Kayla Evans, Micah Adkerson, Braxton Goolsby, Wyatt Waldrop, Wade Waldrop, Sadie Goolsby, Austin Evans, Payton Evans, Ryan Evans, Skylar Passmore, Allyssah Mullis, Savannah Mullis and Anna Grace Mullis.
