Betty Rose Calvert

Betty Calvert, 94, passed away February 11, 2025. Funeral services will be held 1:00PM Saturday February 15, 2025, at Monroe Memorial gardens, Ensign Road, Forsyth, Georgia, with Reverend Robby Kerr officiating. The family will greet friends following the service. 

Betty Rose Calvert was born August 30, 1930, in Macon, Georgia to the late William Rufus Perkins and Annie Pearl Gibbs. Betty was a very friendly and sociable person who never met a stranger. Betty loved to travel and was always ready to visit friends and family members across the country. Betty was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church, and she loved to sing and to play the piano. 

Betty is survived by her son Buddy (Debra) Donaldson; daughters, Charlotte (Kim) Donaldson, Dee (Charlie) Witt- Kearney; grandchildren, Shannon Kearney, Brian Donaldson, Melissa Martino, Scott Williams, Derek Donaldson; and nine great grandchildren; seven great great  grandchildren and many friends.
