Angela Chambers Harbuck passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021 due to complications from an accidental fall in her yard.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, Feb 6th at the Forsyth City Cemetery. Please observe COVID precautions by wearing a mask and social distancing. A private visitation for family and friends will be held at the Monroe County Memorial Chapel on Friday, Feb 5th from 4:pm to 5:pm. Unfortunately, due to COVID, a public visitation will not be held; however, the chapel has a guest book available for signing on Friday, Feb 5th from 10am to 5pm.
Angela was the daughter of the late Joseph Pierce Chambers and Ezma Smith Chambers. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Henry 'Rickey' Harbuck of Forsyth, her daughter and son in law, Dulcie and John Whitaker, sister in law Rosalyn Harbuck, nephews Keith (Karen) Harbuck & Vence Harbuck, and extended family.
She was born December 18, 1941 in Thomaston, GA and was a 1960 graduate from Mary Persons High School. Angela belonged to Russellville Baptist Church. She was a member of Town and Country Garden Club and Cabaniss Chapter 415, UDC - both for over 30 years. She was a homemaker, enjoyed tending to her flowers, and loved decorating her home for the seasons.
