Raymond Costin Howard

VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE         Raymond Costin Howard passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 5, 2016, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private.  The family will greet friends following the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.  Mr. Howard, the son of the late R. L. Howard and Mamie Norton Howard was born October 24, 1937, in Roopville, Georgia. He was retired from Southern Natural Gas, was a veteran of the USAR Army and a Mason.  Mr. Howard was a devoted animal lover.  Survivors include his wife, Willene Howard of Forsyth; children, Teresa Jan Gillespie of Atlanta, Pamela Dawn Howard of Los Angeles, California and Jeffrey David Howard of Forsyth.  The family requests no flowers but suggests donations to Sav A Pet, Post Office 933, Forsyth, GA 31029.  To view this live at the time of the service or at a later time please visit: http://citylinktv.com/channel/forsyth-monroe-county-memorial-chapel/    Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
