Phyllis Mae Greene

Forsyth . . . Phyllis Mae Greene passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. Deonne Jones  will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Ms. Greene, the daughter of the late Phillip Adema and Charlotte Williams Adema was born March 5, 1929, in San Bernardino, California. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her children, Debbie (Frank) Holland of Forsyth and Jan (Ricky) Maddox of Bonaire; sister, Marlene Gartman of Beaumont, California; grandchildren, Deonne and Andrew Jones of Eastman and Amanda and Sam Stewart of Round Pond, Maine; and three great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Alzheimer’s Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201 or to American Parkinson’s Disease Association, Georgia Chapter, Post Office Box 49416, Atlanta, GA 30359.
