Christine Mason Mercer Juliette . . . Christine Mason Mercer passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at East Juliette Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Mark Goolsby and Rev. Stanley Harrell will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Mrs. Mercer, the daughter of the late Bynum Beeland and Isabelle Johnson Beeland was born December 25, 1919, in Macon, Georgia. Her husband, George Seaborn Mason, Sr. and her son, George Seaborn Mason, Jr. preceded her in death. She retired from Bibb Company and was a member of East Juliette Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Karen (Glen) McMichael and Melba (David) Stark of Juliette; daughter - in- law, Renee (Scott) Cochran of Forsyth; fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to East Juliette Baptist Church, Post Office Box 250, Juliette, Georgia 31046 or to Juliette United Methodist Church, Post Office Box 31, Juliette, Georgia 31046.
