Chasity Ann Hopper   Juliette . . . Chasity Ann Hopper passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 27, 2015, at Forsyth Apostolic Church, 71 Ensign Road, Forsyth GA 31029, with burial in Monroe Memorial Gardens. Rev. Michael Causey will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Chasity was born November 13, 1990, in Thomaston, Georgia. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her son, Bryson Baxter of Forsyth; companion, Chris Baxter of Forsyth; parents, Bobby and Donna Hopper of Forsyth; sister, Jessica Bishop of Forsyth; grandparents, Jerry Cleveland of West Virginia; Larry and Patricia Price of Forsyth, Cherril Sturdivant of Forsyth; and William Hopper of Forsyth.
