Rebecca Zellner (Becky) Bearden  Forsyth . . . Rebecca Zellner (Becky) Bearden passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 21, 2015, at First Baptist Church with burial in Forsyth City Cemetery. Rev. Jack Spillers and Dr. H. Darrell Watson will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at First Baptist Church.  Mrs. Bearden, the daughter of the late Thomas Chambless "Cham" and Eugenia Vaughn Zellner was born August 26, 1942, in Forsyth, Georgia. She was a graduate of Mary Persons High School and a homemaker.  Survivors include her husband, Ronald D. Bearden of Forsyth; children, Joel (Michele) Stuart of McDonough, Jena (Jerry) Presley of Columbus and Beth Smith of Jacksonville, Florida; step children, Carrie (Rob) Meadows of Buford and Callie (Mike) Bupp of Dunwoody; and six grandchildren. Flowers will be accepted or the family suggests donations to donor’s favorite charity. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
