John Stacey Curry High Falls . . . John Stacey Curry passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens. Dr. Benny Tate will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 19, 2014, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Stacey was born March 30, 1964, in Barnesville, Georgia. His father, John Leonard Curry and his mother, Emma Jean Bell preceded him in death. He was employed with Jordan Forest Products, was a veteran of the Georgia National Guard and a member of Deer Trail Golf Club in Barnesville. Survivors include his son, Jonathan Travis Curry of Jackson; sister, Patty (Sam) Johnson of Forsyth; brothers, Billy (Cindy) Curry of Forsyth and Len Curry of Forsyth. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
