Mr. Houle grew up in Keeseville, NY and graduated from Mount Assumption Institute in 1979, where he lettered in hockey. He attended Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, and worked for 22 years for AOL Time Warner in their cable systems in Houston, TX, Martinsburg, WV, and Lake City, FL where he was the Technical Operations Manager.
