Dorothy Louise Dorsey Forsyth . . . Dorothy Louise Dorsey passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens. Reverend Ricky Niblett will officiate. The family will greet friends the day of the service from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Dorsey, the daughter of the late Clarence Ward Williams and Virdie Mae Grubbs Williams was born September 5, 1926, in Macon, Georgia. The father of her children, William Joseph Dorsey and her husband John Dave Dorsey preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her children, Norma Jean (James) Lewis of Macon, Patricia Martin of Forsyth and Karen (Johnny) Williamson of Forsyth; brother, Curtis (Helen) Williams of Forsyth, twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
