Mrs. Bedford, the daughter of the late Henry Ruffin and Amy Victoria Abernathy Ruffin was born May 18, 1921, in Monroe County, Georgia. Her husband, John Henry Bedford preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Matthews of Juliette. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
