Charles (Charlie) Eavenson Macon . . . . Charles (Charlie) Eavenson, 71, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014. He retired from the Macon Bibb Co. Fire Dept. and from Tommy Smith Automotive. Services will be private. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Fair Haven Funeral Home, 4989 Mt. Pleasant Church Rd. Macon, GA 31216 on Monday, September 15, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carrel Adell Freeman and his father, Waymon Eavenson. Charlie is survived by his wife, Patricia M. Eavenson; brother, Ronnie (Linda) Eavenson; sons, Brandon (Julie) Eavenson, and Jimmy Lee (Jennifer) Hollis; daughter, Sandy (Ron) Chancey and 5 grandchildren; Zack Eavenson, Cameron Price, Hannah Grace Hollis, and Mason and Caleb Chancey. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
