Jeanette Marie Wooten High Falls . . . Jeanette Marie Wooten passed away Monday, June 30, 2014. A Celebration of her life will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at Jay and Denise Herring’s residence, 687 Weldon Road, Forsyth, Georgia 31029. Mrs. Wooten, the daughter of the late Jack Grady Bass, Sr. and Linnie Irene Haralson Bass was born March 15, 1943, in Macon, Georgia. Her husband, Alton Woodrow Wooten, Sr., preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her children; Jay (Denise) Herring, Jr. , Trey Herring, Buck Wooten and Travis Williams, all of Forsyth; sister, Shirley Bonner of Forsyth; brothers, Jackie Bass of Macon and Buster Bass of Jones County; nine grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
