Philip Joshua “PJ” Treadwell Forsyth . . . Philip Joshua “PJ” Treadwell passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014, following an automobile accident. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens. Rev. Watson Jones will officiate. The family will greet friends the day of the service from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. PJ was born August 8, 1979, in Macon, Georgia. Survivors include his sons, Jonathan Treadwell of Jackson and Caleb Smith of Forsyth, mother, Jeanelle Garner of Rutledge, brother, Richard Wayne Treadwell of Rutledge and grandparents, Ralph C. and Joyce Gore, Sr. of Forsyth. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
