JAMES THOMAS SCARBOROUGH  Born: November 1943 – Macon, Bibb County, Georgia Died: March 2014 – Atlanta, Georgia Parents: the late Paul Woodard Scarborough and Annie Lee Escoe of Forsyth, Georgia Graduated from Mary Persons High School in Forsyth, Georgia He retired from the United States Postal Service in Tucker, Georgia after 45 years of service.   He was an avid NASCAR and stock car racing fan.
