Effie Vedder Pippin Forsyth . . . Effie Vedder Pippin passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 21, 2014, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Forsyth City Cemetery. Reverend Ken Stephens and Reverend Keith Harris will officiate. Ms. Pippin, the daughter of the late Maus Rosa Vedder and Annie Lee Rogers Pippin was born November 3, 1925, in Forsyth, Georgia. She was retired from Carter’s. Her son, James Pippin preceded her in death. Survivors include her grandchildren, Stuart (Laurie) Pippin and Miles Pippin, great grandson, James Stuart Pippin, daughter in law, Janice Pippin all of Forsyth. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
