James Earl Kelly Forsyth . . . James Earl Kelly passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 21, 2014, at Maynard Baptist Church with burial in Monroe Memorial Gardens. Dr. Marvin Lee, Reverend Richard Niblett and Reverend Jay Moore will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2014, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Kelly, the son of the late Julius Orbie Kelly and Mary Ruth Bess Kelly was born September 16, 1943, in Ft. Gaines, Georgia. He retired from Florida Rock Industries with thirty seven years of service and was a member of Maynard Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane Kelly, children, Jim (Lisa) Kelly and Bonnie (Greg) Lindsey, brothers, J. C. (Angie) Kelly, Ross Kelly, Clifton (Jean) Kelly and Dr. Perry Kelly, sister, Florence Kelly, grandchildren, Ashley Kelly, Kelly McLendon, Leslie Kelly, Hunter McLendon and Taylor Kelly. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, GA 31201. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
