Vicksburg, Mississippi- Mr. Baxter Departed this life at the age of 60. Survived by his wife Linda, sons Jerome and Jeremy, daughter Kristy, and brothers and sisters. Graveside services will be held at Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens at 11:00 a.m. on January 25th, 2014. The family may be contacted at 1511 Zellner Road, Forsyth, Georgia 31029.
