Mrs. Eubanks, the daughter of the late Charles Kay Wallis and Mattie Melissa Daugherty Wallis, was born January 19, 1944, in Miami, Florida. She was owner and operator of H & R Block franchise in Jackson, Georgia.Survivors include her husband, Clyde P. Eubanks, children, Paul (Tammy) Eubanks and Laura (Charles) Byerly all of Forsyth, sister, Nancy Giles of Barnesville, brother, James F. Wallis of Tampa, Florida and five grandchildren. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements
