Stephen Earl Martin
Forsyth . . . Stephen Earl Martin, born in Macon, Georgia on September 29, 1951 passed away on July 25, 2013. Stephen is survived by his wife Kathryn Elaine Martin, his children Benjamin Allen Anderegg, Amy Anderegg Bell, Natalie Anne Gregory, Stefani Kristen Martin, Russell John Martin, Dustin Neil Martin, Rachel Renna Martin, his five grandchildren and his parents, Dean and Wynella Martin of Forsyth, Georgia. Stephen is also lovingly remembered by his aunt Margie Wynne Elkin, his uncle Michael King Wynne, his brothers Neil Arde Martin and Darryl Ian Martin and their families.
Stephen grew up in Macon, Georgia and attended Southwest High School and most recently has been employed by Freudenberg Texbond LP in Macon, Georgia. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1973, when he was honorably discharged and awarded the Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with One Star, the Cross of Gallantry and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Forsyth, Georgia on Tuesday July 30, 2013 at 11:00 am. Dr. Dan Whitaker, Reverend Stephen Krysalka and Dr. H. Darrell Watson will officiate. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends following the service at the church.

This fund provides financial aid and quality of life solutions to Marines, Sailors, members of the Army, Air Force and Coast Guard who have served in support of Marine forces. Their mission has remained constant: To serve those who preserve our freedom. This charity has received a very high rating by Charity Navigator and was a cause very close to Stephen's heart.
