Millard Lamar Wilson Thomaston . . . Millard Lamar Wilson died Thursday, July 18, 2013. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. The Reverend Franklin Etheridge will officiate. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Wilson, the son of the late JB Gordon Wilson, Sr. and Emma Jewel Frazier Wilson, was born September 4, 1925, in Juliette, Georgia. His wife, Vera Denton Wilson and his son, Gary Lamar Wilson, preceded him in death. He was retired from Bibb Manufacturing Company. Survivors include his children, Martha (Frank) Heck of Lincoln, Delaware, Linda (John) Reibsome of Milford, Delaware, Teresa (Andrew Bradshaw) Williams of Thomaston and Dan (Mary Ann) Wilson of Griffin, sister, Agnes Griffin of Macon, several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
