William Andrew "Andy" Speir Juliette . . . William Andrew "Andy" Speir died Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. Reverend Ricky Niblett and Reverend Frank Davis will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Andy was born November 8, 1964, in Forsyth, Georgia. He was a graduate of Mary Persons High School and was a retired landscaper. Survivors include his son, Drew Speir of Macon and parents, W. B. “Popcorn” and Judy Speir of Juliette. The family may be contacted at the residence of W. B. “Popcorn” and Judy Speir, 134 Marvin Circle, Juliette, GA 31046. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Juliette Baptist Church, PO Box 70, Juliette, GA 31046. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
