Travis Dexter Wilder, Sr. Jackson . . . Travis Dexter Wilder, Sr. died Thursday, May 9, 2013. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. Reverend Franklin Etheridge and Reverend Craig Walden will officiate. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Mr. Wilder, the son of the late James Clayton Wilder, Sr. and Doris Ard Wilder was born August 4, 1950, in Forsyth, Georgia. His granddaughter, Allison McKaye Wilder, preceded him in death. He was a retired salesman. Mr. Wilder was a veteran of the Georgia Army National Guard with eight years of service, a member of Forsyth Golf Club, a Mason and a Shriner. Survivors include his children, Tracey Rowland of Jones County and Travis Wilder of Forsyth, brother, Jim (Anita) Wilder, Jr. of Forsyth and four grandchildren.
