Joseph Franklin Barlow Bolingbroke . . . Joseph Franklin Barlow died Saturday, May 4, 2013. Services and burial will be announced at a later date. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 10, 2013, at the residence of Bobbie and Victor Pullen, 187 Giles Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093. Mr. Barlow, the son of the late Robert Oscar Barlow and Annie Lou Sanders Barlow was born October 29, 1938, in Texas City, Texas. His sister, Willie Lou Holland preceded him in death. He was retired from Sears. Mr. Barlow was a member of Sears Retiree and Woodmen of the World. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Barlow of Macon, children, Patricia (Jeffrey) Slye of Arlington, Tennessee and Bobbie Joe (Victor) Pullen of Warner Robins, brother, Eugene (Shelby) Barlow of Macon, three grandchildren, Robert Joseph Slye, Austin Lee Slye and Anna Elizabeth Slye. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
