David Thomas Hencely
Forsyth . . . David Thomas Hencely died Friday, April 19, 2013. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 22, 2013, at Forsyth City Cemetery. Reverend Ernie Davis and Reverend Ted Keen will officiate. The family will greet friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 21, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Hencely, the son of the late Zenas Hencely and Nellie Childs Hencely, was born June 18, 1928, in Forsyth, Georgia. His wife, Sara Leona Tripp Hencely preceded him in death. He was retired from Monier Resources. Mr. Hencely was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church, a Mason and a Shriner.
Survivors include his children, Diane Hencely Shank of Laguna Niguel, California and Janet Hencely of Forsyth, sister, Grace Hardage of Forsyth, grandchildren, David Pinholster of Forsyth, JB Shank, Doug Shank and Buck Shank and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 1671 Dames Ferry Road, Forsyth, GA 31029 or to American Diabetes Association,

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
