Robert Ellis Bankston Smarr . . . Robert Ellis Bankston died Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. The Reverend Franklin Etheridge will officiate. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Bankston was born February 27, 1965, in Macon, Georgia. His mother, Rita Bankston preceded him in death. He was employed as a master technician. Survivors include his father, Wayne Bankston of Smarr, sister, Brandy Ellen Bankston of Bolingbroke and brother, John Bankston of Smarr. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Save A Pet, PO Box 933, Forsyth, GA 31029. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
