Phillip Scott Fountain Forsyth . . . Phillip Scott Fountain died Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2013, at New Beginning Pentecostal Church with burial in Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens. Cody Fountain will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 8, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Phillip was born November 23, 1981, in Macon, Georgia. He was employed with Geico. Survivors include his wife Trish Fountain of Forsyth, children Lian Scott Fountain and Cayman McCade Mullinax of Forsyth, mother Patricia Boswell of Macon, father David Glynn Fountain of Cordele, brother Derek Fountain of Forsyth, grandparents Mrs. Dannie Fountain of Forsyth and C.W. Bunn of Macon. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
