Charlie Robert Hay, Sr. Culloden . . . Charlie Robert Hay, Sr., died Thursday, January 31, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Culloden Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Hay, the son of the late Curtis George and Rosa Lee Belcher Hay, was born May 16, 1930, in Roberta, Georgia. He was self-employed as a dairy farmer. Survivors include his children, Charlie Robert Hay, Jr. of Dublin, Randy Bill Hay, Sr. of Wrightsville, Barbara Ann Kicklighter of Madison and David Hay of Culloden, sister, Audrey Edwards of Macon and five grandchildren. Flowers will be accepted or the family suggests donations to Culloden Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, Church Street, Culloden, Georgia 31016. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
