Jerry Ernest Huffman Juliette . . . Jerry Ernest Huffman died Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Monroe Memorial Gardens. Reverend Jay Moore will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Huffman was born January 21, 1942, in Calhoun, Georgia. His granddaughter, Melissa Hatton, preceded him in death. He was retired from the Monroe County Recycling Center. Survivors include his wife, Joanne Huffman of Juliette, children, Denise Little of Forsyth, Wanda (Frank) Speir of Juliette, Karen (Joey) Pitman of Forsyth, Debbie (Terry) Robey of Knoxville, Tennessee and Lisa (Kell) Joseph of Forsyth, parents, J.C. and Alma Huffman of Stockbridge, sisters, Geraldine (Allen) Clotfelter, Effie Patterson and Brenda (Martin) Lee, eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
