Julia Hencely Colvin
Forsyth . . . Julia Mae Hencely Colvin died Monday, January 14, 2013, following an automobile accident. Mrs. Colvin’s wishes were to be cremated. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 17, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. The Reverend Franklin Etheridge will officiate. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.
Mrs. Colvin, the daughter of the late Lewis Eli and Bertha Ann Lunsford Hencely was born September 26, 1936, in Forsyth, Georgia. Her husband, Willie Charles “Bill” Colvin, preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of Juliette United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Dennis and Kathy Pritchett of Forsyth, step children, Kenneth Colvin and his wife, Mary of Forsyth, Sandra Colvin Duffey of Juliette, grandchildren, Nikki Pritchett of Glendale, California and Josh Pritchett of Athens, step grandson, Tye Colvin of Juliette, brothers, Lewis Hencely, Jr. and Wilson Hencely of Forsyth.

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
